I had a fantastic time at Playa Mazatlan! The hotel is in a lively area with many great restaurants and shopping nearby, which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend doing the all-inclusive package since we found better meals offsite. Overall, it was a fun family-friendly place, but the food could definitely use improvement.
